What we offer
1. Customised Group Training
Train within a group that follows a similar program to you. Our two program streams are: Performance or Health & Fitness. This is our most popular method for training and also the most affordable. Training within in a group is great for accountability and enjoyment. Each session can be tailored to fit your needs based on experience, fitness level and injury history. Opening times can be seen below:
o Monday to Friday: 5-7am & 4-6pm
o Saturday: 9-10am
o Ladies only hours: we have a 'Ladies Only' hour a 3 times a week.
2. Personal Training
Outside of the customised group training we also have the option for 1-on-1 sessions. Personal training can be arranged with either coach outside of customised group training hours. This can be a great way to get familiar with the gym, the coaches and how things run around here.
3. Small Group Training
Similar to personal training we also run small group training. Which can be organised for 2-10+ people. This is perfect for teams or a bunch of friends that aren’t available during the customised group training hours.
4. Pro Fitness MMA
We also offer strength & conditioning out of Pro Fitness MMA in Frankston. Currently we do 2 classes a week (Tuesday 7:30pm, Thursday 7pm) focused on strength and power work for fighters. We also offer personal training in a 1 on 1 environment as well as small group training for 2-10 people.
5. Hybrid Coaching
Our new Hybrid Coaching model was designed to help our online community and those that couldn't regularly make it to the gym in our opening times. This model of coaching will allow you to follow the One22 coaching methodology without needing to be with us in-person. We have worked with a company who have helped us integrate our coaching into an app so that you can be coached by us remotely. More information on that here.
