What goes on in our gym?? We’ve been getting a few questions lately about how we operate out of our garage gym. The bulk of what we do is ‘customised group training’ meaning sessions are set as part of a weekly plan and then tailored to the individual based on their capacity and any limitations they may have (i.e. injuries/conditions).
The hours we set for this are 4.30 - 7.30pm Monday to Friday and 9 - 11am on a Saturday morning. If you like training in an upbeat and competitive environment then this is for you. We are currently working with footballers (from local under 12s to TAC and VFL level), netballers, teachers, tradies, police officers, mums and dads as part of our custom group training. This was our vision, grouping together quality people that want to better themselves in a team-like environment. Outside of these hours we also offer personal training (both private and semi-private). Currently we are working with small families, small groups of friends and one on one clients with specific needs. We are flexible with times for these sessions both during the week and on weekends. My brother and I feel extremely privileged to be able to share what we are passionate about with such a great community.
