Which foods should I eat?


If you’re someone that’s confused with the types of foods you should be eating, here’s a great post from Precision Nutrition. They’ve put a bunch of common foods on a continuum of things to ‘eat more often’ things to ‘eat less often.’ Note that it’s a continuum - it says eat less often, not ‘never eat.’ This can help guide you when at the grocery store or eating out with friends in choosing the healthier option.
