Don't Train For Fat Loss

Train for strength. ⁣ Train for fitness. ⁣ Train for speed. ⁣ Train for power. ⁣ Train for mobility. ⁣ Train for endurance. ⁣ Train for muscle development. ⁣ ⁣ EAT FOR FAT LOSS ⁣ ⁣ Too often for we get asked the question: ⁣ ‘What exercise is best for fat loss?’ ⁣ Quick answer - any that you can stick to. ⁣ ⁣ Lifting weights is great. Running is great.⁣ Swimming is great. There’s not many exercises that aren’t. If you can find some sort of exercise you enjoy then that’s even better. ⁣ There is no best exercise for fat loss. ⁣ ⁣ Exercise is a tool. Use it to compliment your behaviour outside of the gym. ⁣ ⁣ Fat loss takes time. ⁣ Probably longer than you want. ⁣ ⁣ Make some sort of performance your focus when you train. ⁣ ⁣ Eat with purpose (something needs to change if you’re not losing fat). ⁣
