If you are proud of where you are, how you feel, how you train, how you eat, keep doing what you’re doing.
If you are not, don’t look around. You haven’t been forced into the habits you’ve chosen to pursue. Every individual is an accumulation of all the decisions they’ve made up until this point. That’s it.
If you run out of breath after a flight of stairs - your habit of neglecting aerobic fitness is to thank.
If you are heavier than you’d like to be - your over-consuming habits have been more important to you then your bodyweight.
If you struggle to get out of bed in the morning - your habit of staying up late or binge watching TV has been more important than getting quality sleep.
There’s no right or wrong here.
But if you want to make a change, take a look at the habits that have put you exactly where you are today.
What an opportunity we now have to make the adjustments we want.
